According to the statement, until the end of 2025 the Foundation will continue to function normally, ensuring that the activities and commitments undertaken are completed. After that date, any contributions to ongoing projects will have to be made by other means, to be defined outside the formal framework of the institution.

Orlando Balla also said that he will continue to be involved in the project that led to the creation of the Foundation, but as an external collaborator, while remaining available to support initiatives on behalf of the community of Nossa Senhora do Monte. "You can contact me by phone or email; I'll be available for anything I can do for the good of the project," he said.

In his farewell message, the Foundation's president expressed his deep gratitude to all those who have contributed generously since the beginning, stressing that the community's commitment and trust have been essential for the start-up, development and sustainability of the work carried out.

"Your generosity has been fundamental to the success of this noble project, which will benefit the Bravense community so much, especially that of Nossa Senhora do Monte. A huge thank you to everyone," said Balla.

The foundation, created with the aim of supporting social and community causes in Brava, will end its institutional cycle, leaving, according to the president, "a legacy of solidarity and commitment to the common good".
