Mayor of Brava strengthens academic ties during visit to the USA
As part of his official visit to the United States of America, the Mayor of Brava, Amândio Brito, was received by the President of Bridgewater State University, Frederick W. Clark.
The meeting's main objective was to build bridges of cooperation between the North American institution and Brava Island, bringing together areas of common interest, such as academic and professional training, the exchange of experiences, and the mobilization of support for the education sector.
According to the local authority, a commitment to education continues to be one of the strategic pillars for the island's development, which is why the Brava City Council seeks to establish international partnerships capable of generating new opportunities for Brava's youth while also strengthening local capabilities.
