Brava Gives New Momentum to Access to Drinking Water by Resuming Household Water Connections

The Brava City Council announced the resumption of work to connect households to the drinking water supply, continuing a project considered essential for improving access to basic sanitation and the living conditions of families on the island.

According to the municipality, despite the challenges Brava continues to face in terms of water production and supply, the expansion of the distribution network is an indispensable step to ensure that water can reach homes in an organized manner.

The City Council explains that the work is being carried out in coordination with the relevant authorities, with the goal of overcoming current production constraints and gradually ensuring a steady water supply to the taps of Brava’s residents.

The municipality emphasizes that this is a social and infrastructure project, designed to prepare homes for future connections and promote greater social justice by improving basic services.
