Work begins on the New Church of the Nazarene in Tomé Barraz.
It is with great joy and gratitude to God that we announce the start of construction work on the new Church of the Nazarene in Tomé Barraz. The first steps have already been taken with the replanning of the land, an important milestone that was only possible thanks to the generous support of the Town Council. We are deeply grateful for this ongoing collaboration, which has been fundamental to the progress of this long-dreamed-of project.
We therefore lovingly appeal to all our brothers and sisters, especially those who are off the island, to extend their hands and hearts in support of this cause. Your help is essential.
I, Pastor António Gonçalves, leave here my affectionate appeal: together, we can see the birth of this church. You who are friends, you who love this parish, take part in this historic moment. This is God's work, and we are just the workers. Let's act with faith, dedication and love, certain that everything we do for Him is not in vain.
