Brava hosts Miss & Mister Inter-Liceus Cape Verde 2026 Gala

The island of Brava has been officially confirmed as the venue for the Miss & Mister Inter-Lice Cape Verde 2026 Election Gala, scheduled for June 22, 2026, in the town of Nova Sintra.

Under the motto "Youth that Inspires: The Future Starts with Us", the event is positioned as more than a beauty contest. It is an educational project focused on the integral development of young people, promoting self-esteem, knowledge and the creation of opportunities. The initiative encourages the personal and professional growth of the participants, while reinforcing values such as confidence, education and social impact.

With more than four years of history, the project has already involved more than 50 participants from different high schools in Cape Verde, consolidating itself as a relevant platform for the valorization of Cape Verdean youth.

The gala will feature cultural moments and performances that reflect the national identity, giving young people the opportunity to represent their schools and inspire a new generation through attitude, culture and elegance. The choice of Brava, known as the "Island of Flowers", also reinforces the strategy of decentralizing major events and promoting islands with less visibility.
