Speaking to Inforpress, David Pascoal considered that teacher transfers have had a negative impact as it takes time for new teachers to arrive and this he considered to be an aspect that should be improved.

Regarding the results of the quarter, this person considered it to be “relatively calm” in terms of activities and prospects.

“The results were quite positive, with 91 percent (%) of positive grades in Compulsory Basic Education (EBO), with the fourth year being where students experience the greatest difficulties, while in the 2nd cycle of Basic Education students fell slightly for 86% of positive grades”, he informed, justifying that in the 2nd cycle it is multidisciplinary and students begin to experience more difficulties.

In Secondary Education, David Pascoal highlighted that positive grades reached 90 percent (%), which he considered to be “very good”, given that only 10 percent (%) of students had negative grades.

“We have to safeguard and emphasize that we are only talking about positive grades from the last quarter, as this does not mean that this is the number of students who will pass at the end of the academic year”, he highlighted.

In this sense, this person defended that the students are on the right track and also highlighted that the subjects that presented the greatest difficulties in the first quarter have already been identified and will be worked on to improve and increase the level of learning.

Regarding behavior analysis and discipline management, the school had twenty-three incidents, the majority of which were fights, disagreements between students and lack of respect towards teachers, however, it reported that all these cases were resolved and disciplinary measures were taken. were applied.

“In most cases, pedagogical integration measures were applied, always believing that when the student commits an infraction, he can learn from it and correct his less than good behavior and took him to the disciplinary council”, he highlighted, ensuring that otherwise Everything has been working normally.
