Heads Up, Benfica! The Brave Continue with You
Benfica de Nossa Senhora do Monte suffered a heavy defeat in the third round of the National Championship against Académica do Porto Novo, 4-0. A difficult result, but one that doesn't erase the pride the Brava islanders feel for their team.
This is a young team, taking part in a national competition for the first time, and each game represents a great learning experience for its players. The road is paved with challenges, good moments and also defeats that help them grow.
Despite this result, the support of the Brava fans remains firm and intact. Benfica continue to be our champions and the worthy representatives of the island of Brava on the national stage. More than victories, this team deserves recognition for the courage, dedication and effort it has shown on the pitch.
Next week we'll be back at the Aquiles de Oliveira Stadium to support our team with the same strength and passion as always. Keep your heads up and keep giving your best.
Brava is with you, today and always!
Desporto Brava bringing you the best in sport.
