MEETING WITH PARENTS AND GUARDIANS BOARD EDUCATION – PRESCHOOL
The Councilor for Education of Brava City Council, Mr. Mário Soares and Mrs. Preschool Coordinator, Vanusa Monteiro met today, September 15, 2023, in the afternoon with parents and those in charge of kindergarten education. childhood “Os Pastorzinhos” from Cachaço.
The purpose of the meeting was to share some information about the start of the new school year and the operation of the Cachaço kindergarten.
Within the municipal policy regarding the rehabilitation of educational infrastructures allocated to Pre-School, this time the Cachaço kindergarten is contemplated to receive its total transformation, thus creating all conditions of safety, hygiene and comfort for children and employees of that educational establishment. This work will also dignify the town of Cachaço, which in recent years has received important interventions in order to be in full harmony with other locations on the island.
Taking into account the rehabilitation works of the aforementioned educational infrastructure, the children from the “Os Pastorzinhos” garden will be working at the Cachaço basic school, in an institutional partnership between the CMB and the Brava School Delegation, in which we take the opportunity to thank you for the partnership and collaboration ever. This measure means that all these children will start classes at the same time, thus avoiding delays due to construction work.
The parents and guardians present welcomed the initiative and congratulated the financial effort made by CMB for the rehabilitation of that kindergarten.
We hope for a very productive 2023/2024 academic year for the entire educational community in Cachaço and Brava in general.
