Moises Rodrigues visits Brava and opens doors for cooperation with Brockton

The trip is part of an effort to bring together institutions and strengthen relations between the Cape Verdean diaspora in the United States and local communities in Cape Verde. During the visit, strategic areas of collaboration should be discussed, including local development, cultural exchange and possible economic partnerships.

The initiative is seen as an important step towards strengthening ties and promoting joint projects that can benefit both the island of Brava and the city of Brockton, where a significant Cape Verdean community resides.

It is hoped that the meetings between representatives of the two municipalities will help identify common priorities and lay the foundations for future concrete cooperation actions.
