Morabeza and No Pintcha open the 2025/26 season with a super cup match
Cidade de Nova Sintra, Brava - After an interregnum soccer season, the island of Brava is preparing for the return of the competition. The Brava Regional Football Association (ARF) has announced that the 2025/26 season will officially open on December 14 with the Regional Super Cup.
The much-anticipated match will pit the regional champions, Morabeza Futebol Clube, against the winners of the Regional Cup, Pintcha Futebol Clube.
The information was provided by the President of the ARF, Samuel Varela, who was optimistic that all the competitions would take place. "The 2025/26 season will open on December 14 with the match between these two teams," confirmed Varela.
The manager also stressed that the Association aims to hold all the competitions. "I hope to hold all the competitions on the calendar approved a few weeks ago," he added.
The start of the sports season is a long-awaited moment for the island's fans and clubs, marking the end of a period without official soccer competitions on Brava.
