Mosteiros: Coroa da Brava participates in the Football Tournament of Mosteiros Municipality Day

The tournament starts today with the game Cutelinho – Grito Povo, followed by the game No Pintcha – Coroa da Brava. The winners will play in the final stage on Sunday, 13.

Before the game for awarding the trophy to the winner, the two teams defeated on the first day of the tournament will play for third place.

In terms of sport, there is also a horse race, with two phases, and for this first phase, according to the organization, nine horses were registered until Thursday the 10th, but data provided by the owners point to a participation of 12 horses.

At this moment, the participation of the horses “Vulcão” by Clóvis Teixeira, “América” by Norberto Araújo, “Força Emigrante” by Arlindo Araújo, “Nimocis”, “Badia”, “Criston” and Príncipe, all belonging to the owner Salomão Amado, are confirmed. “Imperio” by Sebastião Barbosa “Txotxo di S.Jorge”, “Miss” by Lelé, “Passadinha”, “Arley” and “Fra du Fra” by Arlindo Lopes.

The opening of the agrocultural fair is also scheduled for today, in Praça Azambuja, a moment that the city council takes advantage of to proceed with the symbolic delivery of the Cri_Acção de Cultura e Esporte 2023 prizes and, in the evening, the “CV Color Festival” will be held, an event organized by private individuals in partnership with the chamber.
