Porto Grande ready to host Ocean Race Regatta

The Prime Minister, Ulisses Correia e Silva, paid a visit this morning to Ocean Park to closely monitor the preparations and the final phase of all the logistics that are being set up in Porto Grande, in the city of Mindelo, to host the Ocean Regatta Race that should arrive in Cape Verde, on the night of Friday (20) for Saturday.

“We want people from São Vicente or even from São Antão to become strongly associated so that the passage of the largest Regatta in the World through Cape Verde is a success, that they can visit the boats, participate in the events that will take place here in Mindelo , in the next few days and until the 25th of January”, said the Head of Government in an interview with one of the event's partner communications companies.
