Pawtucket Tragedy: Talented Fashion Designer Jocelyn Decouto Victim of Fatal Shooting Near Kenyon Street
Pawtucket, RI – In a heartbreaking incident, Jocelyn Decouto, a talented fashion designer in her 30s, tragically lost her life. Our deepest condolences go out to his family at this devastating time, especially his two young children.
Pawtucket Police are currently investigating the incident that occurred on Central Avenue near Kenyon Street on Friday night. Responding to reports of gunshots, officers discovered the lifeless victim, Jocelyn Decouto, who was pronounced dead.
The circumstances surrounding the shooting remain unclear, but Police Chief Tina Goncalves shared that preliminary investigations suggest Jocelyn was returning home from work when the incident occurred. Chief Goncalves emphasized, "We are only in the middle of the investigation, and it is still relatively early. We are striving to gather all the information to ensure justice for the family."
