Brava: Local authority expresses solidarity with the population of the North of Santiago Island after heavy rains.
The Brava City Council today expressed its “full solidarity” with the population of the municipalities of Santiago Norte, which was severely affected by the intense rains that recently devastated the region.
In a statement, the municipality stressed that the damage caused by the natural phenomenon has caused enormous difficulties for local populations, damaging material goods, compromising the operation of various businesses, and affecting essential access roads that guarantee the connection between communities.
