Being part of Unitel T+ is like being part of my family
The Unitel T+ family's policy is to put people at the center of all its commercial activity and our heading our people reflects this important pillar, which is certainly our best.
Therefore, we reserved the next lines, to give visibility to our people.
Directly from the island of Brava, we sat down with commercial agent Edson Rodrigues, who, as he describes himself, is more than just a salesman, Edson Rodrigues is the company's “do-it-all” on the island of Flores.
Because, in addition to handling sales, it also provides support to the technical area, provides the installation of our residential internet, Casa+, in addition to collecting receipts at POS, controlling deposits and responding to customer needs, among other tasks.
Edson still keeps fresh memories of his first year of work, which was not easy. Winning over old customers and attracting new ones was a big challenge, but one that was overcome thanks to a proximity approach and constant concern for providing a quality service to the people of Brava.
“We go looking for customers, through door to door, to present our services and try to understand and meet their needs. We don't expect them
come looking for us. This has been our differentiator and it has worked”, Edson explains to us with pride.
For Edson Rodrigues, being part of Unitel T+ “is a great opportunity, which allowed me to grow and learn a lot in professional terms. I'm in an area that I like and where I feel comfortable, which is working in the commercial area at a telecommunications company. And being part of Unitel T+ is like being part of my family. Unitel T+ is family, there is no other definition.”
So it was another edition of our section that shows the best of us, our people, today directly from the island of flowers, with the great Edson!
