The Brava City Council (CMB) and the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) have signed an agreement worth 150,000 dollars, aimed at boosting the resilience and well-being of the Brava community.

The amount will be used to rebuild the Municipal Market, destroyed by the fire of March 26 this year, giving traders and families a decent space to work and serve the population. The protocol also includes the rehabilitation of the Fish Market and the construction of 10 toilets for families in the most vulnerable situations.

According to the municipality, the UNDP's gesture represents a milestone of solidarity and international cooperation, reinforcing the joint commitment to promoting sustainable development on the island and improving the quality of life of the people of Brava.
