In the missive, the Head of State reiterated to Mr. Mohamed Bazoum the will to continue to strengthen the relations of friendship, cooperation and solidarity between the two Countries and Peoples, wishing, on behalf of the Cape Verdean people and in his own name, the best wishes for success and prosperity for the Republic of Niger.
