Football/Brava: Match between Nossa Senhora do Monte and Cachaço opens third round of inter-zone tournament
The third round of the third edition of the inter-zone tournament in the municipality of Brava kicks off this Saturday at 15:30 in Nova Sintra, with the matches between Nossa Senhora do Monte and Cachaço.
The Nossa Senhora do Monte team, who came from behind to beat Pé di Rotxa in the previous round and are in second place, are looking to score against Cachaço, who are bottom of the table.
On Sunday 19th, from 14:00, the Lém team will meet Pé di Rotxa and, from 16:00, Gambia and Furna are scheduled to meet.
Six teams from different parts of the Brava are entered in the competition. The matches will be played on an all-against-all, one-round system, with the four highest-scoring teams playing in the semi-finals and the winners in the final.
The organization calls on the population to attend the matches at the Aquiles D'Oliveira Stadium in support of their teams or communities.
