Football/Brava: Morabeza and Benfica play this Sunday in a match that could decide the regional title

The headline match, scheduled to kick off at 16:00, pits leaders Benfica against direct pursuers Morabeza, in a clash that is generating great anticipation among the fans in Nova Sintra, given the current configuration of the league table.

Benfica are isolated leaders of the competition with 10 points, three more than Morabeza, who have seven. A win for the red team in this round will mathematically guarantee them the regional title, while a Morabeza victory will leave everything open for the final round of the championship.

The opening match takes place two hours earlier, at 14:00, with a clash between Nô Pintcha and Académica. Nô Pintcha are in third place with four points, while Académica da Brava are the "red lantern" of the competition, with just one point to their name.

Both the coaches and the organization of the regional championship have launched an appeal for fans to attend the Aquiles de Oliveira stadium en masse, stressing the importance of supporting the teams in an atmosphere of sportsmanship and fair play.
