According to the Head of Government, the meeting was marked by the active participation of economic agents, who presented their concerns, suggestions and visions for the future of the island. José Ulisses Correia e Silva underlined the "sense of struggle" of the Bravense business sector and the clear collective will to move forward to a new stage of development.

At the meeting, the government made commitments that it classified as structural, with the aim of responding to the accumulated challenges of the past and the demands of the present. Among the measures announced was the creation of a mission structure that will work directly on the island of Brava, in close coordination with the town hall and local economic operators.

For the Prime Minister, this new development cycle for Brava should be based on strong cooperation between the public and private sectors. "Brava's new start is made with the private sector and the public sector holding hands," he said, arguing that this partnership is essential to strengthen opportunities, generate income and promote more inclusive growth.

José Ulisses Correia e Silva concluded by reiterating his confidence in the island's potential and in the decisive role of its entrepreneurs, stressing that the ultimate goal is to ensure that Bravenses feel increasingly proud to belong to the island of Brava.
