According to the Head of Government, this venture represents a clear example that development begins when there is someone who believes and is willing to undertake. "Here we have an investor who believed and made it happen," he stressed, adding that the project demonstrates how private initiative can be an essential engine for the island's sustainable economic growth.

The government was involved in making the crushing plant a reality by granting the land, licensing the extraction of aggregates and involving Pró-Capital, which came on board as a financial partner with a 33% stake. This institutional and financial support was decisive in turning the idea into a concrete and operational project.

In his message, the Prime Minister also recalled that there are currently several instruments to support investment and entrepreneurship in Cape Verde, such as Pro-Capital, ProGarante, ProEmpresa and lines of financing with interest subsidies. According to the minister, these tools create a favorable environment for those who want to invest, undertake and generate wealth.

"The government will continue to support those who believe in and build a future on Brava," he said, reinforcing the executive's commitment to the island's economic development, the creation of business opportunities and the promotion of sustainable practices that reconcile economic growth and environmental protection.
