The Mayor of Brava, Amândio Semedo de Brito, paid a working visit to the towns of Lagoa and Fajã d'Água. The main purpose of this trip was to inspect the state of the Lomba Lomba-Fajã d'Água trail, a route of great interest to tourists. This trail is a real attraction, inviting visitors on a journey back in time through glimpses of history and allowing them to appreciate one of the richest landscapes on Ilha Brava.
The CMB is in the process of cleaning and maintaining this trail, and this visit was essential to see the real situation in situ and listen to the suggestions of the people of Lagoa and Fajã d'Água, with a view to jointly overcoming the existing challenges.
During the visit, the President was also able to see the difficulties related to the infrastructure managed by Água Brava, the specific obstacles of the trail and the localities, and other aspects that deserve greater attention from the municipality. Mayor Amândio Semedo de Brito was accompanied by the council's inspectors, António Fernandes and Daniel Estevão Almeida, reinforcing the commitment to inspection and direct action on the ground
